The Medical Assistant Program integrates lectures, demonstrations and hands-on experiences to teach students a variety of medical assistant-related subjects. During the second half of year two, students participate in clinical rotations in a private medical offices, clinics, and hospitals. 

Experience gained in the Medical Assistant Program prepares students to take the National Medical Assistant Exam (CMA) required by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
